REQUEST FOR INFORMATION UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT

Dear Sir or Madam;

Thank you for your letter of response and the guidelines in helping to refine the scope of our F.O.I.A. request. This letter is a follow-up to a previous request for information pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act received by your office on June 22, 2006.

Our F.O.I.A. addresses the question of whether or not a tent frame Pyramid device which has a tarp which looks like the bright side of tin foil and has a UV (or black light) colored band around it about 2/3 the way up from the bottom and is invisible in sunlight is "Classified." We are not certain exactly what this device is called, having over-heard only slang or nickname references from the personnel we have encountered after the event, like; Light Bending System, Stealth & The Stealth. The observation of it’s effects could generate descriptive names for it like: UV Invisibility System, Ionic Field Generator or an Image Displacement System. Through the means in which our exposure took place in 1993 over a three day period at gunpoint, we never, at any time encountered the exact name of the device but observed it plainly with Soviet Starlight equipment and reverse engineered it in 1994, all without knowing what it’s formally called to this date. For the reason that it’s exact name remains unknown, we are including so much descriptive information.

Please examine the attached illustration; (Exh-1); which shows a (non-functional) model of the device used on our family in 1993 by a heavily armed mob that acted like cops. They wore khaki shirts with black flaps on the pockets and several other indicators leading to our belief this group was a special S.W.A.T. group affiliated with Ft. Carson/Cheyenne Mtn. The nature of our crisis leads to our speculation this device may have been taken off of a Pikes Peak NORAD battery, and used on our family in Western Colorado for a three day Hate Crime party.

In this follow-up request we present only the simplest form of this question:

2)- Is the UV Pyramid system used by the federal government "Classified" (period) or under any other Executive Order ?

I request that you please provide me with an itemized statement of the applicable fees and costs should they rise above $14.00. I authorize any amount for disclosure, however if search and copy fees exceed $1000.00, please contact me before proceeding with this request.
