Accident recon-2

...We're interested in finding out which Hall Of Superheroes cyber scumbags are in our bank accounts...

This photo shows the discolored rings with the vegetation wiped clean in the first ring, then dark brown in the second ring fading into lighter shades on out. In my room 1/4 mile away down wind I smelled ammonia, not unusual for an occasional smell now and then, but the intensity increased and strength to super strong, then overbearing. I went outside just in time to se an ambulance approach yelling to evacuate, so I went to a good view spot a mile away on the hill and noted the spray cloud dancing 8 to 12 feet in the air. 1/2 hour later a man in a red suit was able to approach it and shut it off.

This was the scorched field after the ammonia tank blowout. The corn was wiped clean for a distance away from the blow. Don said the valve was super tight, causing him to lean into it, then it sounded like a crack, then pain. He managed to get to the ditch yards away and soaked his face and eyes. then actually had to ride his bike, compromised  and stopping again to soak his eyes in a puddle before making it on to emergency help.

Then, 2-weeks later the accident took place at 5th and Townsend.
