I can't think of anything which might incite violence more than a loaded .50 Cal. in a crowd, not on a battlefield or firing range...  One of these rounds would go through 15 people easily -this is Joe's mentality not mine and Joe's just the type to be blazing away with a .50 Cal. downtown over a joint of marijuana or something.  I take pictures of thugs like this and broadcast them on the internet...  ...Maybe a group of hispanic protesters! Small amount of marijuana and a couple of pot-pipes are generating KKK-chimes of "Crack-dealers and crack house" "Good, another Crack-house busted." (God, what a soul-less materially false lie over a trace of pot," highlights the dangers of gun-slinging drug-warriors)  -Felony false reporting - nothing ever other than less than a gram of marijuana only- Material Misrepresentation -Slander; tantamount to Class-3 Misdemeanor Battery.

This author is being threatened - blackmailed regarding stated intent to initiate civil actions in any Arizona court -sounded like a potential frame-up, prohibiting even my presence in their fugal state. Arizona knowingly commits a criminal act against Donald LaBarr-3. Sure, lets help Brewer's mob extort an elderly person across state lines or help Yavapai County cause suffering via Menacing through the generation of court costs, travel expenses, lawyer fees and subjection to Arizona's DPS pirates during the entire time in Arizona.

Donald-3  given 6-months for Contempt of Court: The Center for Mental Health  in Montrose Colorado provided certification of attendance for the hours of substance abuse counseling he completed and so as ordered by the court, yet Colorado had a different program time length and the wording was intentionally rejected. He was arrested before Thanksgiving 2008 and spent 45-days in jail over the holidays for a pot-pipe and less than one gram or marijuana, then fined $1100. He could not find work and sits now for 59 days in jail paying 1/2 of the fine @ $10 per pay -(The county usurps $185 per day for housing the prisoner) -Sitting in jail is not bad enough, though these old winos running the place are intentionally giving him neuroleptics which worsen his profound  neuroleptic induced Parkinsonan type tremors.  Now in June 2010, he gets transported from the prison in chains to court where these bastards did add 6-months. They are exposed as Medicaid fraud vendors here. The Soviets used neuroleptics for torture back in the 40s' Already in jail for weeks, they demanded proof of attendance for 10-hours of court ordered substance classes. He was able to submit a letter from The Center for at least 8-hours. They sentenced him to 6-months flat for contempt. For 6 more months Arizona will fry Donald-3's brilliant mind with Neuroleptics while they collect over $100 per day.  *Donald-3 jailed for 59 days @ $10.00/day on fine. Jail usurps $150/day in taxpayer money  from Feds and state. This is only half of the fine ***** Donald-3 Forcibly administered RESPIRDAL, TEGRATOL and CELEXIA in Camp Verde facility - Tegratol was changed with another and now: 4-meds are being force-administered by Arizona's damndest. Donald-3 won't even be able to pour a cup of coffee and get it to his mouth without shaking half of it out. Why can't Donald just sit for 6-months in your goddamned facility and do his time. Why the Hell are you so-called: "people" force-medicating a known neuroleptic-damaged person with (4) of the same exact meds which are established to have crippled him.  Hey Brewer: You will write out a check to Donald-3 for $5 Million in damages out-of-court and issue a public apology on letterhead. The elderly people in Colorado who this county has been bleeding all these years are tapped out, so now Arizona rips off U.S. taxpayers for prisoner housing- it's the state's biggest industry -cold blooded as Hell. Where is Arizona's representation in congress in allowing this type of mis-appropriation to go on and on, wreaking such sustained misery upon the subjects in his domain? We sure as Hell don't want the rest of the country like Arizona. Arizona is officially bilking tax-payers in their greedy and insensitive practices. "The trial setting is very tough."  Nasty joke? "saying guv Brewer is guilty of complicity is fraud and I'm about to get a lesson." The guv is vicariously liable for the actions of her employees and henchmen. Donald-3's demise all began with -less than one gram of marijuana- and highlights the need for reform of marijuana laws. Donald was trying to work and collect cash for fines to avoid the horror of being incarcerated for $10/day- incurring a failure to appear situation and cascade of new charges, so now he's sitting for 6-months because of the wording on the class attendance certification which stated the required number of hours were attended, only the Colorado program where he attended had a different longer term program and there was no Certificate Of Completion so the judge slaps 6-months on and doesn't even set up the 2-$590.00 fines to run concurrently, so he will get out with Parkinson's off the scale any these slime will arrest him again for $10/day. This place is like a mix of a concentration camp and Hell.

They aren't even running their multiple sentences concurrently: The administration of Resperdal (multiple Neuroleptics) by Yavapai county is considered Aggravated Assault and there will be damages. Let's ask Brewer why Yavapai County is willfully inducing Parkinson's in young D-3? If so, Brewer is directly accountable for all prison/torture injuries in AZ. politicians treat people like dirt, then discard the used carcasses.  I'd be psychotic if 6-months was added over a clerical interpretation.  This whole case would've been a $100 Fine in Colorado - here it is 18 months later and he's just entering a 6-month prison sentence for one of the secondary repercussions over class attendance afterwards -and this is a repercussion from a charge of interfering with the first charge. Arizona's bottom line is in keeping it's prisons full and having 10s' of 1000s' of laws to vigorously enforce and rude, aggressive cops who go over the line as far as necessary to connect with that person's SSD.  ...Not even a drug case any more, a new criminal charge of interfering with the judiciary process on the first charge, (possession of less than one gram of marijuana). Now $1900 in fines owed @ $10/per day -not running concurrently with the 6-months -he'll have to sit for $10/per day after he finishes the 6-months...   A Republican fueled Drug War nightmare that has now ruined the life of this 22-year old for this state's blood-money.  Only Arizona could physically be this ruthless and without soul or consciousness. ...Like the Pharaoh's Army - The situation is so dire, we actually might have to find some elderly person in another state and rob them for this county's blood-money. Guv Brewer is notified her name will appear on the defendant line in a title-42. If she's actually considering jailing me (I'm not doing anything as I watch these people injure my son) she also faces: Criminal Menacing (in the criminal generation of costs and fees), Aggravated Battery (for Donald-3s' lifetime of shaking hands)  -Oh, oh "we'd better get our hip waders on."

We intend to prosecute Yavapai in court for the act of forcing Resperdal into a person already affected with severe Neuroleptic induced Parkinson's type tremors. No complaints about legitimate law enforcement, but the act of cooking my kid's brain is a clear felonious act and you sh*tbags will pay for the damages your creating! 

The ideal victim, a senior locked into a fixed SSD income of $300-400/Month who DOES have a fixed income and DOES NOT have $500-700 in lawyer fees to fight a new case in cycle. The state dropped their 1% sales tax on groceries and compensated through these means. She's an example of an older woman who lives with younger adults and their irresponsible friends whom she has no control over.

Thanks to legislation from Orrin Hatch; Klan/Nazi-like thugs can barge into any home or place anytime - our kids were waking up screaming in 1992 before we purchased night vision gear. They cut off the meds she was accustomed to for a week. She experienced swelling of her tongue to 5-times normal size, requiring 2-shots of epinephrine. A middle of the night bomb-threat drill for new trainees up from Phx caused former Mrs. LaBarr to freeze outside for those hours while sick.

 We are just about filing a wrongful death suit now. Hey Brewer, guess what will happen if Mrs. LaBarr dies of gross negligence in any of your facilities?

Of course in any suit against a  state/County's cesspool and endless volume of expert witnesses, slugs and heavies' at taxpayers expense will stand around, insult and quote from The New England Journal of Medical Sciences to the point of the exhaustion of the parties resources, then probably rule that -a person like this probably would've croaked anyway and when the insurance adjusters get done, their life wasn't worth anything anyway... Then some others would sue her for filing a suit she couldn't afford to win anyway, slap a lien on her house, maybe.

An attorney was contacted regarding this Civil Rights violation and will handle the redress for $22,000. Mrs. LaBarr receives around $460/Month in SSD and she contacted me repeatedly to make sure I would pursue legal action (when she died) 

Some adolescents came over about 10:30 PM and used her vehicle for an  non-authorized voyage; one of them was friend of Donnie's  who took it to another part of the state- later that night she reported it stolen and  learned the car had been impounded  with a $600 towing bill attached. 

Then this super-pro crackdown investigator from Prescott, collegially trained: Laura Miller, charged her with Arizona's  False Reporting. One would think through the 5th Amendment protections they shouldn't want state charges, but they want her SSD cash (and 10-months later some soul-less lizard in the County Attorney's office wants her in the state hospital after a second evaluation of ability to stand trial). First Miller works the juveniles over and over then Mrs. LaBarr and mixes and matches stories & time frames while treating her like a piece of crap, then a herd came around and arrested her. 

This lot came to be packed solid with these little prison-4-profit cruisers, then relocated to another facility. Up to 50 new trainees came up out of Phoenix for this poor/elderly task force. This town is creepy today

...Yes, these old folks technically have to commit some type of violation, but with all these extras in town, fresh out of the military laser-tracking, it doesn't take long.
